"Cinthia led a dance workshop for 30 K-2 students. Girl's Group and Allies hosted the workshop. She chose one of our club's missions, "make new friends", and she organized the whole workshop around the theme of creating new friendships. She led the students through several exercises, making sure that students at all levels of ability felt capable. I teach at a bilingual school and it was very helpful that she could communicate with students in both English and Spanish. The students left the workshop having made new friends, which was touching to see. In addition, I appreciated that Cinthia was great at working through all of the logistical details, very professional."
